Not so perfect in appearance, but just as excellent in taste. An assortment of honey-cake offcuts with wild blueberries, blackcurrants and cranberries. A by-product created when producing our most popular product — the freeze-dried honey cake.
A little sweet, a little sour, a little bitter. With a rich, full flavour and a pleasant crunch. The cake surprises and delights those who eat it, taking them back to fond childhood memories. It truly tastes like a real cake, because that’s what it is. Made by our own hands and with great love.
The product is unique and was created as the result of experiments; it can always be taken along — on short and long trips, hikes, in the mountains, etc.
Ingredients: SOUR CREAM, WHEAT FLOUR, honey, sugar, icing sugar, BUTTER, EGGS, cranberries, MILK, baking soda, corn starch, cinnamon, salt.
Freeze-drying is a special drying method in which the product is first frozen and then sublimated (the moisture/water contained in it is removed). Fruits, berries and other products are not processed at high temperatures, therefore most of the valuable nutrients and vitamins are preserved.
After opening, we recommend keeping the package tightly closed and consuming within 24 hours.
